The cover of this unique journal/sketchbook is made from recycled silicone rubber, previously used in the stamping of computer wires. This process left the rubber with an interesting ridged texture like slick, space-age corduroy. The binding system — a combination of saddle-stitched sections held together with rubber straps — is specially designed so that the interior sections are individually removable for refilling. The interior paper contains 80% post-consumer recycled fiber and is printed with vegetable-based inks.
