This workbook for multi-family housing projects was the third in a series from Alameda County Waste Management Authority, one of the greenest counties in the nation.
First we faced the traditional graphic design challenge: finding a user-friendly way to convey dense information. But we also had to make an otherwise run-of-the-mill workbook appealing to our fellow design snobs: architects. We used the divider pages to create a compelling visual break, and then added a unique tabbing system that encourages user interactivity while preventing waste during die-cutting. (The recycled papers and steel wiro go without saying.)
